cock-eyed heads on the far side so that Andy and Jack can finish the
sofit and clapboard the dormer of the upstairs closet and bathroom

Carpetbaggers!

Dave from The Carpetbagger (www.flooringamericavt.com) explains how to
bring the hardibacker up to a Shluter so the carpet abutts a nice
surface! All measured up for installing October.

More porch!

6 hrs later and the thing is 80% built. Once the sheathing goes on,
the roofers will be cleared to start ok the standing-seam next Tuesday

combo well water line I pit in 3 years ago to the barn

Andy & Jack finish the 4th and final sofit on Tuesday, while doug and
dick continue with the cedar

Dick and Doug stage off the new deck and run cedar up the south wall.
They'll need pumpjacks to finish the 2nd floor clapboards.

Clapboarding the south side and finishing the deck

Carl strings the deck!

Only one week and carl has the deck joists on and ready for the header
and decking...and Jack & Andy have the walkout clapboarded too

Carl & heather get the first few courses of decking on in front of the
door - and only a week since the house was set.

Initial cladding

The back gable end get clad with western red cedar clapboards (ore
coated with PenOFin)!

The tile for the Entryway and Laundry Room has been found!

We picked out a nice slate multi-colored tile from www.besttile.com
and ordered it up!
