Friday 3:00p - The Radisson Kauai - life is tough All night friday and all day saturday at the radisson Sunday we headed southwest around the island to Kapa'a and Snow something beach? The leatherman was right at home here - little did we know it was the
last plane flight she would ever take The market in ?? had a nice outdoor market of pearls and such and a whole
mess of free-range chickens After leaving the market and spout, we moved all the way west, past the
end of the end of the road (as far as the U S of A is concerned) and drove
back-country through the Pacific Missile Range. Past the end of the trail,
we found the Polihale Beach and pure beauty. Carrie convinced me to swim
"at the end of the world", and we drove back later for Shave
Ice (with Macadamia Nut Ice Cream base)
Tuesday 9AM - SNUBA Lessons with Bruce & Jeff in Kapa'a Back on the ranch - chillin time on Monday Made reservations at the Kauai Lagoon resort, we rented a couple sets
of clubs and we were off End result - Steve 103 (with one birdie and 2 pars) / Carrie 129 (with 1 par)
Wednesday drive to Hanalei Arrived just before dark to see Dave's old stompin ground inside Princeville
compound Our first real sunset over Hanalei bay and Thursday morning at poolside (room on upper left) Carrie found the mentos Dutch boy gets reacquainted with Mr. Sun (with a little chilled tropical
beverage minus the unmanly umbrella) Friday Hanalei Bay - The Gourmet for Nacho's and a drink On the way home, we stopped off to look for Lance on Anini Beach and
to check out a few rentals for our return And we checked out of paradise for a long journey home
