two months in the planning, i had been to North Carolina to check with Carrie's friend Marjorie,

been to Boston & NYC to shop and prepare, and spent nights out in the yard
preparing for Carrie's Big Move to Vermont

we spent a week arranging lights, hardware store shopping for cords, lights - you name it -
and we finally had it all done by Monday night






the 'package' looked perfect on it's mount




and the end of the driveway was "motion-activated" and stunning at night

needless to say - she was surprised!

 

and she said "YES!"
